WEBSITE INSTRUCTIONS

1. OPENNING “THE COW EXPRESS” WEBSITE
*Connect to the internet and open Internet Explorer on your computer.
*Type the web address www.thecowexpress.com.au
*Press ENTER.

2. SETTING “THE COW EXPRESS” AS YOUR HOMEPAGE
*Open www.thecowexpress.com.au
*Go the TOOLS menu at the top of the screen.
*Click on INTERNET OPTIONS.
*Click the USE CURRENT button in the homepage section of the window that opens.
*Click on the APPLY button to confirm.
*Click OK, and every time you open the internet, “The Cow Express” will appear as you homepage.

3. REGISTRATION
*Open www.thecowexpress.com.au and then click the REGISTER button at the top of the screen.
*Scroll down and input your details in the fields provided making sure that all fields are correct and that all the mandatory fields marked with (*) are completed.
*Click on the REGISTER button, located at the bottom of the screen to complete your registration.
*Any fields that need further information before processing will be highlighted; otherwise, the details will be submitted.
*An email will be sent to your email address provided, confirming registration details and allocating you your member’s login password.

4. OPEN YOUR EMAILS
*Go to your email account to recover your password from the email we would have sent upon registration.
*Record this password for use every time you wish to shop.

5. MEMBERS LOGIN
*Open www.thecowexpress.com.au
*Under “The Cow Express” logo, you will find a member login area requesting your email address and password. Enter your details here then press the LOGIN button.
*After this point, you will be in the system AND ready to go shopping.

6. ACCESSING AND CHANGING YOUR DETAILS
*Once logged in click on the MEMBERS AREA button.
*While in this area you can do the following things:
*To view and change your member details click "MY DETAILS".
*To view your order history click "ORDER HISTORY"
*To view your e-voucher status click "VOUCHER".
*Go shopping by clicking the SHOPPING button at the top of the screen.

7. SHOPPING (non members can shop without member benefits
*After Logging in click on the SHOPPING button at the top of the screen
*On the left of this screen, you will find our different product categories. Simply click on the category of your choice to see the extended product range.
*Once you find the product you require, click on the PRODUCT OPTIONS button below its description to choose the final size or specification you require. By typing a quantity and clicking ADD TO CART, the product selected will be added to a progressive order. Then you are free to continue shopping at your will.
*Once you have finished shopping, click the CHECKOUT button to finalize your order. Members details will be already filled in, but non-members will need to fill these in with each order.
*If you wish to get an extra 1% added to your e-voucher, click the SEND DELIVERY TO STOCKIST button and you will be prompted to choose a stockist on the next screen, otherwise, fill in the delivery address or click the COPY BILLING ADDRESS button, then click the CONTINUE button.
*If you have chosen to pick up your order from a stockist, then you will be then prompted to enter a ZONE, and then choose a stockist from a dropdown menu. This will become the delivery point. Then click the CONTINUE button.
*Enter your Credit card details then click CONTINUE. These details will need to be provided for every order as we do not keep a record of these for security purposes.
*An order summary will then be shows for this order.
*Click FINALISE ORDER at the bottom of the page to continue or click BACK to change any details.
*An order number will then be shown, the order will be charged to your credit card, the goods will be sent to the delivery address provided and a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
