Delivery Policy
The Cow Express will process you order within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Please allow 3-5 day's for delivery. In the event that we are out of stock of an item that you have ordered, you will be notified of the short supply and the expected delivery time or offered an alternative product.

Exchange Policy
If you order the wrong item from the Cow Express don't worry, just contact us via the contact us page and we can arrange for non-used items to be exchanged. Used or damaged items cannot be exchanged.
